PAC AUTO MARKETING was first incepted for two main reasons namely to provide collision repair courses conducted by CHIEF trained and I-CAR accredited technicians and the second was to provide state of the art collision repair equipments to the Malaysian body repair industry. The training courses provided at that time were Genesis Structural Repair Training or G-SRT AND Structural and Suspension Damage Training or SSDA for body shops technicians and the insurance adjusters. The training program was supported fully by CHIEF AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGIES, USA. Chief USA maintained two local technicians fully responsible for measuring cars and obtaining vehicle specifications in Malaysia , Australia , China , Japan and South Korea . These vehicle data are collected for use in all Chief electronic measuring system.
PAC AUTO MARKETING is the sole distributor of CHIEF AUTOMOTIVE collision repair equipments in Malaysia providing servicing and product training for the market. Knowing OEMs in the industry requires not only the collision repair equipments from the providers, but also the expertise in actual body repair. CHIEF AUTOMOTIVE with the cooperation of PAC AUTO MARKETING runs a body collision training centre in Kuala Lumpur to train technicians on design base repair methodology. Working hand in hand with OEMs is the way moving forward to bring the industry to the next level. Collision repair equipments, repair methodology and technician's experience are equally important today to make a successful repair.
